They open your page at taledon.com/your-name, choose a service (or up to three at once), pick a person if you allow it, choose a free time and leave a name and a phone number. The appointment appears in your calendar straight away. You can put the link on Instagram, a Google profile, your website or in a message.
No. Only free times are shown, and Taledon checks working hours, breaks, absences and existing bookings again at the moment a booking is confirmed. If someone else took the time a second earlier, the client is asked to pick another one.
Yes. With the booking code and their phone number a client finds the booking, moves it or cancels it, within the rules and the deadline you set. A cancelled time becomes free for other clients again.
Fraud protection is part of every booking page. Taledon watches for fake bookings, bookings made to block a calendar, repeated no-shows and misuse of verification codes, both on your page and across the platform, so abuse that moves between businesses is noticed. The Taledon team reviews unusual activity and emails you when your page is targeted. You can also require phone verification in your booking settings.
