What you need from a CRM when you work by appointment

A sales CRM follows leads through a pipeline. A salon, a practice or a workshop needs something else: who the client is, what happened at their last visit, and what to keep in mind before they walk in.

Why not a general CRM or a spreadsheet?

They store contacts, but they do not know your calendar. Every visit has to be copied across by hand, and the history is only as current as the last person who updated it. In Taledon the client profile is linked to the client's bookings, so the history builds itself as appointments take place.

What should a client profile show?

Contact details, past and upcoming visits, the services booked and your own notes. In Taledon the profile shows booking history, total appointments, last visit and internal notes.

Does your team see it at the right moment?

Before an appointment the team can see who the client is and what happened at earlier visits, without switching between tools. The client is chosen when a booking is created, so the record and the calendar stay connected.

What does Taledon not do?

Taledon keeps the essentials: contact details, notes and appointment history. It does not replace clinical documentation, and online payments are not available yet.
