What if a client asks to come at another time?
Drag the appointment to the new time. Taledon checks availability and conflicts again before it saves, and the client is told about the change by email or SMS, the way you have set it up.
What does the calendar take into account?
The working hours of the business and of each person, breaks, absences, special days and closures, the rooms and equipment a service needs, and every booking already there. If a service has a pause in the middle, that time stays free for another client.
Can one appointment contain several services?
Yes. A client can book up to three services in one go, and they stay one appointment in the calendar with the right person and time.
