Yes. Create an account yourself or contact us to walk through your services, team and schedule together. If you have existing records to move, tell us what you use so we can discuss the options.

Yes. You can enter appointments and organise your schedule in the calendar. Publish your booking page when you are ready to let clients book online.

Yes. Start with your own services and working hours. You can add staff and assign access if your team grows.

Clients can book through your public Taledon page without creating an account. Your booking settings determine the information and verification required.

Online payments are not currently available. Taledon handles scheduling and booking management; you arrange payment with your clients separately.

Taledon is built for businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Austria and Germany, with a version for the United Kingdom. You choose your region in the menu at the top of the page, and the site and the product follow it.

If you want, you can connect an approved AI assistant to your Taledon account. It can read your services, team and free times, list bookings and, only when you switch on write access, change bookings. Every change goes through the same permissions and audit trail as a change made by your team.

Yes. Give each team member a role: owner, administrator, a ready-made limited role for the front desk, or one you define. Roles apply to bookings, clients, services, locations, analytics, finances and settings, so finances can stay with the owner until you choose to share them.
