Most booking tools can show a calendar. What separates them is a busy day: two clients reaching for the same slot, someone on your team out, a client who only remembers in the evening that a visit has to move. Put these questions to any tool you are considering, ours included.

Look for a tool that checks again when a booking is confirmed, not only when the page loads. Taledon checks working hours, breaks, absences and existing bookings at that moment, so a slot that has just been taken is not booked a second time.
Each team member has their own weekly hours, breaks, absences and exceptions for single days, and you choose which services they take. Clients can pick a person when you enable it, and your team can filter the calendar by person and by location.
Yes. With their booking code and phone number, a client can find a booking, move it or cancel it, within the rules and the deadline you set.
You can start alone with your own services and hours, then add staff, roles and locations as the team grows. The owner decides what each role can see, such as clients, bookings, analytics or finances.
Taledon sends confirmations, status changes and automatic reminders by email and SMS. You set when a reminder goes out and edit the message templates.
Create an account yourself, or ask for help with setup and we go through your services, team and working hours together. If your clients are in another tool, tell us which one and we will talk through how to bring them across.
Online payments are not available yet, so you agree payment with your clients yourself. Your booking page lives at taledon.com/your-name, not on your own domain.
AI
Ask an approved assistant what is free on Friday or who is booked tomorrow. It answers from your real Taledon data, within limits you set.
Through a scoped, authenticated connector (MCP), it can read your services, team, free times and bookings.
Changing bookings stays off until you switch on write access. Leave it off and the assistant can only answer questions.
Taledon stays the system of record, so every change passes the same permissions and ownership checks and is written to the audit trail.
